My offering

With what shall I come before the LORD,
and bow before God most high?
Shall I come before him with burnt offerings,
with calves a year old?
Will the LORD be pleased with thousands of rams,
with myriad streams of oil?
Shall I give my first-born for my crime,
the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?
You have been told, O man, what is good,
and what the LORD requires of you:
Only to do the right and to love goodness,
and to walk humbly with your God. Micah6:6-8

Today in my reading this is what I found. It is a teaching on what God wants from us. So, what does He want?

Do right – Knowing God and having the Holy Spirt you will know what is right from wrong.

Love goodness – This is loving goodness not just for yourself but for others as well. Helping to guide others to this goodness.

Walk humbly with your God – Without humbly walking with God you cannot know His will or how to right or know what goodness is.
