New insight

In my reading today a new concept was shown to me. The time span between Genesis 1:1 and 1:2 is potentially larger than the space between the 2 sentences.

Here is the breakdown. The creating of heaven and earth took place. Then there was a battle in heaven between the angels and satan and his demons. They were cast out of heaven to earth where satan was given reign. And it was without form, and void and darkness was upon the face of the deep.

I want to do more research on this topic, but it’s a new light to my eyes and very exciting.
