Calm

I am ready for things to calm down, but I do not mean the turmoil of this earth. I am ready for my body, Spirit and mind to be calm.

Calm in the midst of all the worlds turmoil. Calm that comes from knowing that my God is in control and has the best outcome planned. Calm that can find pure joy when trials are upon us. Calm that celebrates even when there is no earthly, visible sign to do so. Calm that surpasses all understanding.

I am not there yet, but He is working on it.

What about you? Any Calm moments in 2020?

  1. And he awoke and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, “Peace! Be still!” And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. Mark 4:39

May the Peace of your Lord and Savior engulf your life.
