Now

A new trend is out there about mindfulness and being in the present.

There is nothing new about this though. It has been taught for centuries. This very moment it the only moment we have. We do not know what tomorrow brings.

If we continue to dwell in the past or future, we miss the opportunity to love those around us right now.

I am not say to stop planning or building contingencies based on past knowledge. What I am saying is don’t do those things at the expense of those around you who need you to show them Gods love through you.

Thank you Lord for this very moment!
