Having a set list of 3-10 things you do every morning is a great way to start your day. This kick starts your feeling of accomplishment early in your day.
I have created a check list of the items I want to achieve every morning. There are 9 items such as; make bed, pray, meditate, read, journal, etc…
I will say the one thing I have struggled with a 9 item list is not achieving all items every day. To alleviate any negativity I set my expectation to achieve at least 3 of my 9 every day.
