I hear your commands

After a great coaching meeting yesterday, I knew I needed to get out of bed early and start working on my morning quiet time again.

I was doing a study on peace, but I “rabbit holed “ to 1 John and started reading. God made sure to keep my attention in this book so that I would make it to 2 John 4.

God has commanded me to meet with him daily in His word. Not because He needs me to, but because without being filled with the word of God I can not share it with any one else.

I should use up or pour out all I have everyday, just like mana and each morning refill with my God.

Now I can say, “I know Him” justifiably
