Fishers of men

Jesus said, “Follow me and I will make you fishers of men.”

Our only part in this is the obedience to follow. The statement , “I will make you…” shows that it is He that is doing the making.

We think we have to do this or that to make ourselves into what God wants us to be, but Jesus says, just follow me and let me do the making.

Do what I do and I will make you into what I need.
