Good work

Forgiveness involves being willing to pay the cost of someone else’s wrong without any revenge.

What an amazing way to view forgiveness. “Willing to pay for someone else’s wrong”, that in itself is hard because the wrong is directed towards us. But to not follow through with retaliation or revenge.

Basically, no talking bad about the person. No wishing bad things of them. No spewing of anger and hatred towards them.

Jesus even said to love them and lift them up in prayer.

Forgiveness …. it takes work.
