It is well with my soul.

Today, as I was planning my prayer and reading, this old hymn came on. I started to reflect on my current situation. I started to think on all the items I need to remove from my life in order to focus on God more fully in my daily walk.

My thoughts went to, “once I get rid of this or that, I can be at peace and it will be well with my soul”

Then, the Holy Spirit nudged me and said, “I am here and it is well with your soul. There is nothing you need to do to make that true. I am the connector between Your soul and God the Father and God the Son. Yes by all means remove what I reveal to you as not beneficial, but your soul is well.”

There is work to be done, but the Holy Spirit ensures, it is well with my soul. I have Peace in turmoil knowing this information.
