In my daily reading, Jesus sends out 72 disciples to go to towns before him. He tells them to offer peace to the house they would stay in and in return the house would offer peace to the disciples. If there was no peace offered in return the disciples would not stay in the home.
Are we offering peace in return to those who come to us and offer peace? Or are they shaking the sand from their sandals and moving on? Do we offer contempt and scorn in place of peace, pushing those who are not our enemy away?
Peace to this house, May your day be blessed beyond what you can imagine and most importantly, may you be a blessing to those God allows you to interact with today.
