Like a child

Amen, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children,
you will not enter the Kingdom of heaven.
Whoever humbles himself like this child
is the greatest in the Kingdom of heaven.
To be like a child, what does that mean?
Children mean what they say and say what they mean. There is no covering their “nature” with walls or disguises. They are genuine. They are learners. They are simple.
We grow up and we complicate EVERYTHING. It is like the difference between a child’s puzzle and an adult puzzle. Though they take up the same amount of space on a table and some times have the exact same image, there are fewer pieces the figure out in with a child’s puzzle.
Another child versus adult difference is this, we get set in our ways and find it harder to learn from and listen to others.
So how will you be like a child today?
