Using proper pronouns

We and us. These pronouns should be used more often as we describe accomplishments.

I and me. These pronouns should be used more often to describe failures.

We tend to use these in the opposite way, taking all the blessings for accomplishments and not taking ownership of the failures.

‘I have failed to ….” “We have succeeded in …”

Don’t forget these . They and them. These pronouns should be used like we and us, but it takes you out of the picture and lifts others up.
