There is poverty all around us. Poor people live just steps from your house. I do not mean just financially poor, but mentally, spiritually, morally poor as well. God gives until there is an overflow. Unfortunately, too many hold firm to the things He gives us.
Where are all the saints that are giving away their extra?
If you have two coats, give one away. If you have been blessed spiritually give away spiritual blessings.
You see where I am going with this? We all have something to give to others. That is why community is so important.
