Loud

Today the busyness of the day is in my mind. Bills to pay and meetings to attend crowd my thoughts. The Holy Spirit’s voice is not heard due to the loud drumming of the things that are calling to me.

“I have this and that to do” thoughts are extremely loud. Even the daily tasks to be accomplished seem to be crowding and shouting.

Today I will need to find quite places to forget the busyness and focus on the moment. Listening for and experiencing the presence of God on high.
