Eternity

As far as this earth is concerned, I don’t know where I am going, not sure where I have been, but one thing for certain when I leave it I know in the depths of my heart I will be with my HEAVENLY FATHER. So why don’t I have more joy in my heart while I am still here. Joy is a state of mind. It is a choice, we can choose to be happy or we can choose to be sad. The more of JESUS you have in your heart the happier you are. When you let the things of this world get to you that is when you start to lose your joy. One thing to remember is that this old world was never intended to last, your here-after is eternity, and I had rather spend it with my HEAVILY FATHER than in hell. So we have everything to be happy about, we know where we are going if we are GOD’S children.
Jesus said I am the way the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. John 14:6
So the question is do you know Jesus? Have you humbly gone to HIM in prayer admitting you are a sinner, repented and ask for forgiveness, accepting HIS death on the Cross as payment for your sins?
