Truth – suffering – notes to self

2023 in my mind was not the height of my existence.

I had high impact deaths in 2023. Not saying other deaths were not moving or impactful, but these hit me at the core of my being here on earth.

“It’s just” … that’s as far as my mind gets me.

I am great, I am processing my emotions, working through everything …and then it hits me, what are you doing? Why are you here ?

To serve others, no matter my mental hang ups.

The end will take me eventually, but until then I hope I serve others abundantly
