If you can’t communicate, you can’t build anything—a marriage, an organization, or a team.

This was a thought from my reading today. It was in reference to the tower of babble.

How well are we communicating to other people? Do we listen to other people? Do you know there frustrations? How are you helping them be more successful? If nothing else, are you at least listening?
