The Lord our God is love. If you believe this to be true then we may have a problem when we judge others with our understanding. If we sit in judgement of other people’s behavior, then we are sitting in God’s seat of judgement.
There is no love without God.
If I have dethroned Him and taken His seat of judgement, then there is no love in the judgements coming from me. I have no love to give without God.
