Tax season

As I sit to do my taxes the only thing I can think is “Render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and unto God the things that are God’s”

The government uses our money to do what is deemed necessary. We give because we have to.

God gives us the free will to not give to Him what is His. What is His? Initially Love comes to mind, but Jesus paid the “tax” on us. Doesn’t that mean everything that is me is His?
